This is an interesting book about raising a child with Down’s Syndrome. I enjoy “slice of life” books written by non-authors. This one was no exception. I’ve never had a family member with special needs so this book offers a glimpse to something many have never experienced. The author’s Christian faith is a big part of the story, but not to the point that one not reading it for divine inspiration will not enjoy it.
