Wind Along The Water

Marie and Lohri Finley volunteer at the local nursing home where their mother works. While there, they meet a new resident, Miss Hettie. She teaches them a song that seems silly and meaningless until they realize it holds important clues to their community's secret involvement with the Underground Railroad in Wisconsin. Miss Hettie's battle with Alzheimer's Disease means that time is running out. Marie, who has Down's Syndrome, may have unknowingly found the biggest clue of them all. The solution involves the entire Finley family working together with the community of Fort Atkinson.
